We are a simple lot... straightforward.

 

Cancellations policy

If you want to cancel your order, it should be at least 1 day before the requested date for shipment. We unfortunately cannot cancel if it's less than that duration i.e. on the date of delivery. We may ask you for a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

Refunds

If you don't like our products or services, for us, it means 'you don't like it'. No more fuss. Please call us or email us as soon as possible and let us know why...! Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: we cannot refund if the refund request is any later than 2 days after the order delivered date (e.g.: Delivery date: 03rd Jan, the latest we can accept a cancellation is 5th Jan 5 PM UK Time).

 

Mid-Night Shipping

In circumstances where we are not able to deliver the shipment during mid-night slot (if requested and paid the required charges by you) we will refund the amount charged for mid-night shipping. We will however get in touch with you to find a suitable alternate timeslot for delivering the product on the requested delivery date. If we cannot get in touch with you for any reason, we will change the order for standard (anytime) shipping for the chosen delivery date.

 

Address not found or access to the premises

We are NOT responsible if the given shipping address is not a valid address or not found, OR our delivery agents are not provided access or facility to deliver the shipments. In such circumstances, the amount paid will not be refunded. There may be situations where only partial refunds are provided.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
